Every change we make to a published figure is logged here, with the date, the old value, the new value and the reason. Nothing is edited silently.
No corrections yet.
This page went up with the index rather than after the first complaint. When something changes, it will appear here — including anything a retailer successfully disputes.
Every scorecard lists the exact pages we sampled and the date we read them, so a disputed score is usually resolvable in one click. If it is not, tell us what we got wrong — a correction that stands gets published here with your company named as the source of the fix.
The most common legitimate dispute: we score the server HTML a crawler receives, so a retailer that injects structured data client-side will look thinner here than a browser check suggests. That is a real limitation of the instrument, it is stated in the methodology, and it is applied identically to every company on the list.
