B2B eCommerce World Americas 2026: the vendor market map

Sixty-six companies are sponsoring B2B eCommerce World Americas this year, and the organizer lists them as one alphabetical logo wall. We placed each one on the life of a B2B product, from the spec sheet a supplier sends to the invoice that gets paid. For each stage you get what to look for, why it matters and where it fits in your stack. Pick manufacturer or distributor to see which stages to prioritize.

Build & runAgencies, consultancies and systems integrators
Also on the floorOther sponsors and specialists

66 sponsors as listed by the organizer on October 9, 2026. Solid tiles are a vendor’s primary stage, faded dashed tiles a secondary one. Tap any logo for what it does. Anglera is ringed in green because it’s us. Logos are trademarks of their owners.

What the sponsor list tells you

  • Half the floor is platforms and the people who build them. Fourteen commerce platforms and ERPs plus eighteen agencies and integrators make up 32 of the 66 sponsors. If your platform decision is already made, plan your meetings around the stages before and after it.

  • AI order capture is the crowded new category. Conexiom, Faction AI, Portalink, Revalgo and VAO all turn emailed POs into ERP orders. Ask each one for a touchless rate measured at a customer like you, not an average across all customers.

  • Product data capture now has its own cluster. Anglera, AltiusNxt, dataX.ai, Kaavio and Merchkit all work upstream of the PIM, next to four PIMs and Bluemeteor. Disclosure: we're one of them, so judge this stage with that in mind.

  • Search has four vendors and its own afternoon. Coveo, HawkSearch, Lucidworks and Rezolve AI, plus Navu's product assistant. Go to the Monday 4:00 PM search maturity sessions before you book those meetings.

Stage by stage: what to see, why, and where it fits

Both views are shown side by side. Pick a role above to narrow it to yours.

01 · Product data

Capture: Supplier and product data comes in

Every product starts life as a spec sheet, a CAD export, an ERP record or a supplier spreadsheet. This stage turns that raw material into structured, sourced attributes. It is the least glamorous part of the expo hall and the one every later stage depends on: search, filters, AI assistants and syndication can only use the attributes that exist.

For manufacturers

Priority
What you need to see

Tools that pull attributes out of engineering specs, catalogs and legacy PDFs, normalize units and values, and show the source behind each value.

Why it matters

You are the source every distributor and marketplace copies. Whatever you leave blank gets filled in downstream, by a distributor's intern or by an AI model guessing, and your brand wears the result.

Where it fits

Upstream of your PIM. It feeds the system of record; it does not replace it.

Ask at the booth
  • Show me one filled value and the exact page it came from.
  • How do you handle units, ranges and pick lists that differ by category?
  • What happens when engineering revises the spec sheet next quarter?

For distributors

Priority
What you need to see

Supplier onboarding that reads the files suppliers actually send (PDFs, spreadsheets, portals) and maps them to your taxonomy without a manual re-key.

Why it matters

You carry thousands of suppliers with thousands of formats. New lines sit unlisted for weeks, and thin attributes are the main reason for zero-result searches and empty filters.

Where it fits

Between the supplier and your PIM or ERP item master. It is the work a PIM stores but doesn't do.

Ask at the booth
  • Here is a real supplier file. What comes out the other side, and how long does it take?
  • How do you fill attributes the supplier never sent?
  • Is this a one-time cleanup or does it keep running as suppliers update?

02 · Product data

Manage: PIM, product data management and syndication

The system of record for product information: one governed place to hold attributes, assets and relationships, and push them to every channel. Most of the big names here are mature products. The real differences are in syndication, governance workflow and how much work your team still does by hand after go-live.

For manufacturers

Priority
What you need to see

PIMs with strong syndication to distributor, data-pool and marketplace templates, plus completeness scoring per channel.

Why it matters

Your product data is judged by other people's templates. Every distributor and retailer asks for a different shape, and syndication is where gaps become visible.

Where it fits

In the middle: between engineering/ERP and every channel. Capture feeds it; storefronts, distributors and visual tools read from it.

Ask at the booth
  • Which distributor, data-pool and marketplace templates do you syndicate to natively?
  • After go-live, who actually fills the attributes: us, you, or a partner?
  • Show completeness for one channel, not just an overall score.

For distributors

Priority
What you need to see

PIMs that handle supplier-scale ingestion, a deep taxonomy and many-to-one supplier mapping, and that connect cleanly to your ERP and commerce platform.

Why it matters

A distributor PIM has to absorb data from thousands of manufacturers, not author it. Pick for intake and governance at volume, not for authoring tools.

Where it fits

Your product system of record, beside the ERP item master. Search, the storefront and rep tools all read from it.

Ask at the booth
  • How many suppliers and SKUs does your largest distributor customer run, and with how many people?
  • How do you handle a supplier's taxonomy that doesn't match ours?
  • What does the ERP integration actually sync, and in which direction?

03 · Product data

Show: 3D, configurators and visual content

Rich product content: 3D models, AR, product configurators and visual CPQ. This stage matters most for configurable, engineered or high-consideration products where a photo and a spec table don't sell the product.

For manufacturers

Priority
What you need to see

Configurators and 3D pipelines that reuse your existing CAD and product rules instead of rebuilding them by hand.

Why it matters

For configurable products, the quote cycle is the sales cycle. Buyers who can see and configure a product themselves need fewer rep calls and send fewer wrong orders.

Where it fits

On top of PIM and ERP data. It feeds your storefront, dealer portal and reps' quoting tools.

Ask at the booth
  • Do the configuration rules live in our PIM or ERP, or in a separate model we have to maintain?
  • What does it cost to add the next product family?
  • Can distributors embed the same configurator on their sites?

For distributors

Usually later
What you need to see

Ways to reuse manufacturers' 3D and visual assets rather than create your own.

Why it matters

Most distributors consume visual content rather than make it. It earns attention only for a few high-value, configurable categories.

Where it fits

A layer over your product pages, usually fed by manufacturer assets.

Ask at the booth
  • Can you ingest the 3D assets our suppliers already have?
  • Which distributors use this, and on which categories?
3D, configurators and visual content sponsors
CDS VisualCAD-based 3D visualization for OEMs: interactive parts catalogs, configured products and aftermarket parts sales.

04 · Commerce

Sell: Commerce platforms, storefronts and ERP

Where the product is listed and bought: the commerce platform, the B2B storefront or customer portal, and the ERP behind it. This is the biggest and noisiest part of the floor, with fourteen sponsors. In B2B the real tests are account-specific pricing, quotes, approvals and how much of the ERP the site can actually see.

For manufacturers

Worth a look
What you need to see

Dealer and distributor portals with contract pricing pulled from your ERP, plus ways to route direct demand to channel partners.

Why it matters

Most manufacturers sell through distributors. The site has to support that channel, not compete with it, and handle the direct accounts you do serve.

Where it fits

The front of the stack. It reads product data from your PIM and pricing and inventory from your ERP.

Ask at the booth
  • Show a dealer portal with contract pricing coming live from our ERP.
  • How do you handle where-to-buy and routing orders to distributors?
  • What did your last manufacturer customer still have to build custom?

For distributors

Priority
What you need to see

Platforms proven at your SKU count, with account-specific pricing, quote-to-order, approvals and real-time ERP inventory.

Why it matters

This is where your customers decide whether ordering online is easier than calling their rep. Platform limits show up as workarounds your reps have to cover.

Where it fits

The front of the stack. Capture and PIM feed it; search, ordering and payments plug into it.

Ask at the booth
  • What is the largest catalog you run for a distributor, and how is search performance at that size?
  • Show contract pricing and inventory for a logged-in account, live from the ERP.
  • How long did your last distributor implementation take, start to launch?

06 · Transaction

Order: Order capture, punchout, EDI and integration

Most B2B orders still don't arrive through the website. They come as emailed PDFs, EDI documents or punchout requests from a customer's procurement system. This stage automates that capture and the integrations that carry the order into the ERP.

For manufacturers

Worth a look
What you need to see

Order automation for the POs distributors and direct accounts email in, plus EDI and integration tooling that connects your ERP to partners.

Why it matters

Order entry is a hidden cost center. Every re-keyed PO is a delay and a chance to get the wrong item or price.

Where it fits

Between the customer's purchasing system or inbox and your ERP. It runs alongside the storefront, not through it.

Ask at the booth
  • What share of POs go through with no human touch, measured on a customer like us?
  • How do you match a customer's part numbers to ours?
  • Which ERP connectors are native and which are custom?

For distributors

Priority
What you need to see

Email and PDF order automation, punchout catalogs for procurement customers, and integration tooling that keeps the ERP, storefront and PIM in sync.

Why it matters

Your biggest accounts buy through procurement systems, and much of the rest still email orders. Meeting buyers where they already purchase moves more volume than a nicer website.

Where it fits

Alongside the storefront, feeding the ERP. Punchout catalogs reuse your product data, so their quality depends on Capture and Manage.

Ask at the booth
  • What share of emailed orders go through with no human touch at a distributor our size?
  • Which procurement platforms do you support for punchout?
  • How do customer part numbers and units of measure get matched?

07 · Transaction

Pay: B2B payments, terms and trade credit

Getting paid: net terms at checkout, invoicing, card acceptance and credit risk. B2B buyers expect to buy on account. Once an online order needs a credit check or an invoice, it often moves back offline.

For manufacturers

Worth a look
What you need to see

Net-terms and invoicing options for direct accounts, and credit protection on distributor receivables.

Why it matters

If you sell direct to smaller accounts online, terms at checkout decide whether they finish the order. Credit risk on large channel partners is a separate, older problem.

Where it fits

At checkout and after it, between the storefront, the ERP and your AR team.

Ask at the booth
  • Who carries the credit risk, you or us?
  • How does approval at checkout work for a brand-new account?
  • How does it reconcile back into our ERP?

For distributors

Worth a look
What you need to see

Online net terms, instant credit decisions for new accounts and automated invoicing tied to your ERP.

Why it matters

Contractors and small accounts buy on terms. Making them call to set up credit sends them back to the counter, or to a competitor.

Where it fits

At checkout and after it, between the storefront, the ERP and AR.

Ask at the booth
  • What does a new contractor see at checkout the first time?
  • Who carries the credit risk, you or us?
  • What do card acceptance and fees look like at our average order value?
B2B payments, terms and trade credit sponsors
Allianz TradeTrade credit insurance, surety and collections protecting sellers against unpaid B2B invoices.

VisaCard network with commercial and business payment products.

08 · Relationship

Engage: Sales enablement, buyer engagement and CX

The tools that make digital work alongside reps instead of against them: rep apps, customer engagement and personalization, pricing and analytics. Adoption was the biggest theme on this year's agenda, and this stage is where most of it is won or lost.

For manufacturers

Worth a look
What you need to see

Tools that give reps and dealers the same product data and pricing as the website, and show which accounts are engaging.

Why it matters

Your reps and your channel partners decide how a product gets positioned. If their tools are out of date, the website doesn't matter much.

Where it fits

Around the storefront, sharing its product data and pricing with reps and dealers.

Ask at the booth
  • Does the rep app read the same product data as the site, or a copy?
  • How do you credit reps for orders placed online?

For distributors

Priority
What you need to see

Rep-facing apps on the same catalog and pricing as the site, account-level engagement signals and commission models that don't punish online orders.

Why it matters

Several sessions say the same thing: the site fails when reps see it as competition. The fix is tools reps actually want to use, and commission credit for online orders.

Where it fits

Around the storefront, sharing its catalog, pricing and order history with your sales team.

Ask at the booth
  • Show a rep placing an order for a customer on the same catalog the customer sees.
  • How do reps get credit for orders placed online?
  • Which distributor saw adoption go up after rollout, and by how much?
Sales enablement, buyer engagement and CX sponsors

Foundation

Build & run: Agencies, consultancies and systems integrators

The partners who implement and run everything above. Eighteen of them are sponsoring, the biggest group on the sponsor list. Most specialize in one or two platforms, so it usually makes sense to choose the platform first and the partner second.

For manufacturers

Worth a look
What you need to see

Partners who have done a manufacturer build on your shortlisted platform, ideally with a dealer portal and a PIM integration.

Why it matters

Implementation partners decide timeline and total cost more than license price does.

Where it fits

Across every stage. They implement platforms; they rarely replace them.

Ask at the booth
  • Which manufacturer did you launch on this platform, and can we talk to them?
  • Who on your team owns product data during the build?

For distributors

Worth a look
What you need to see

Partners with distributor references at your scale and real ERP integration experience.

Why it matters

Distributor builds go wrong at the ERP and the catalog, not in the design. Ask for references that went live on time.

How this map was built

We started from the organizer's sponsor page on October 9, 2026. It shows 68 logos with no tiers and no published floor plan; exhibitors have tabletop displays rather than numbered booths. We left out the two organizer entries (the B2B eCommerce Association and B2B NEXT AI). Each one-line description paraphrases the vendor's own website. The stage placement and the manufacturer and distributor guidance are our editorial judgment. Many vendors cover more than one stage, so we placed each in its primary stage and note a secondary one where it applies. Anglera is a sponsor and appears in the Capture stage.

Bring us the first stage

Anglera works in stage one: turning the PDFs and spreadsheets suppliers send into complete, sourced attributes your PIM, site search and AI assistants can use. We’re a sponsor and run the Distributors Lunch & Learn on Monday at 1:00 PM. Book 20 minutes and bring a category.
